Further Issue of Shares
Further Issue of Shares is a procedure where the Company can infuse funds by issuing additional shares, either to existing shareholders or outsiders, to meet its Financial & other capital requirements. The Company can raise its Paid-up capital by issue of shares from its present authorised share capital in following ways;
- Rights issue (to existing Shareholders)
- Private Placement (to select Group of persons)
- Preferential Allotment (Preferred Group of persons)
The Company is required to intimate such allotment made to Registrar of Companies (Roc) in Form PAS-3 Within 30 days of allotment, along with other forms & documents as required under the Companies Act, 2013.
