Change of Designated Partner/Partner
Partner/ Designated Partner in the Limited Liability Partnership can be Introduced into LLP or may be removed from LLP any time after complying with the provisions of the LLP Act, 2008, Rules & Regulations made thereunder and LLP Agreement as entered into between the Partners of the LLP. However, person intending to act as Designated Partner of the LLP must have a Designated Partner dentification Number (DPIN) or Director Identification Number (DIN). Every change in composition of Partner(s) or Designated Partner(s) of the LLP is to be intimated to ROC where LLP is having the Registered Office. And intimation of such change is required to be filed with the Concerned ROC vide Form 3LLP and Form 4LLP.
